01. Welcome to the service
Thank you for choosing HUWG SERVICES LLC. These terms set out the ground rules for every errand run, home help visit, and service we provide. Please read them before you book so that a later surprise never becomes a disappointment. When you book a run, make a payment, or use the site, you agree to be bound by these terms as they stand on the day of the booking.
We have written this agreement in plain words on purpose. A service built on trust does not need to hide itself in fine print, and we believe fairness works both directions. If a line reads unclearly, ask us — we welcome the chance to explain before you commit.
02. Who we are
HUWG SERVICES LLC is an errand running and home help business providing support across the Salt Lake City area. Our working base and mailing address are:
HUWG SERVICES LLC555 S 200 E APT 211, Salt Lake City - 84111-3644, United States (US)
You can reach us by phone at +15809977267 or by email at reply@huwg.buzz. The services you arrange from us are performed by our runner team, and the digital resources behind them were developed and are operated by the developer Huwg.
03. What we do for you
In short, we run the errands and support the home tasks that sit on your list. Our usual services include garden and pantry grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, dry cleaning and tailoring runs, post and courier despatches, waiting at home for trades access, senior check in visits, pet walking and vet rides, and event day logistics.
This list is a guide, not a cage. We take on fair errands that a careful person could carry out with sound judgement. We may decline a task we judge unsafe, unlawful, or outside a fair route, and when we decline we will say so plainly and point you to a better option where we know one.
04. Booking a run
A run is confirmed only when we agree a window, a fee, and the scope of the work. Until we confirm, a request is a request and we are free to fit it into the day or to say the day is already full.
To book, tell us the task, the address, the deadline, and any key or entry detail. We confirm by phone, text, or email and add the run to our day ledger. Standing weekly visits are booked the same way but roll forward until either side ends the arrangement with reasonable notice.
05. Fees and payment
Our fees are set on a clear basis and agreed before any work begins.
- Hourly blocks are quoted for time at the task, understood up front, and billed only for the block we agree.
- Per run rates are quoted for a defined task such as a single pharmacy pickup or a dry cleaning circuit.
- Travel within the Salt Lake City circuit is included; extended or multi stop travel is quoted before we set out.
- Payment is requested at the close of the run by the channel we have agreed — cash, card, or bank transfer — and a receipt follows.
Fees we quote are final for the work as scoped. New work added mid-run is quoted as new work. Nobody likes a shifting bill, so we keep the number you agree the number you pay whenever the task does not change.
06. Budgets and shopping
When a run involves spending money to buy goods, we act on the budget you give us. Set a figure and we will hold the shop within it, choosing the cheaper fair option where two would do.
- A prepaid budget, a loaded card, a previous agreed account, or a cash cap each work on the day.
- We confirm the running total before the final item if the list sits close to the cap.
- Every store receipt returns to you with the finished run sheet so the money trail is open to your own eyes.
- Change, refunds, and store credit come straight back to you or to the payment source that began them.
If an item pushes past the agreed cap while we shop, we pause and ask rather than quietly overspend. Your budget is a boundary we never cross without a clear word.
07. Substitutions and preferences
To make a run that truly helps, we ask how you want a missing line handled. Your standing choice guides every substitution:
- Prefer the nearest same brand of a similar size;
- Prefer a trusted house label at the best value;
- Prefer to skip the item entirely and leave the space in your budget;
- Prefer a quick call when a line matters a great deal to you.
Where we add a substitution without a call, we pick the closest read of your usual taste, keep the receipt, note the change on the run sheet, and make it easy to return the item if it misses the mark. A good run feels like the shopper had your eyes, and we work hard to earn that feeling.
08. Keys and entry access
Where the entry to your home or office is a key, a code, or a door you leave open to us, special care attaches.
You are the one who chooses to hand over a key or a code, and no runner may press you to do so. Keys are held in a locked log used for nothing else, are handled by very few named staff, and are returned the moment their need ends. Codes are kept in the same protected log. Full details live in the key handling section of our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
You stay responsible for telling us when an entry details needs updating — a new lock, a cancelled code, a moved parking spot. When you do, we refresh or remove the entry the same day so nobody meets a changed door with stale instructions. For this honesty, we expect you to be the person lawfully entitled to give us that access.
09. Your responsibilities and requests
Most of a good run rests on the honesty of the request. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information about the task, the address, and the access. Things we rely on every run include:
- A correct address and a reachable phone number or email;
- A fair description of the size and nature of the task;
- Notice of anything fragile, heavy, time sensitive, or unusual before we plan the route;
- Lawful authority to ask us to enter a place or handle an item.
If details are wrong, missed, or changing, tell us early so we can adapt. A delay caused by a quiet detail — a code that changed, a gate nobody mentioned — is handled kindly where information was shared, and at your cost where the change was kept from us without a word.
10. Pets and animals
We are glad to walk dogs, cuddle in a vet wait, and ferry pet supplies. With that warmth comes a set of honest limits:
- You tell us the animal size, temperament, and any bite or fear history before a walk or wait begins.
- We handle animals only as far as a careful holder can: on a lead, in a carrier, or in a calm waiting room.
- We do not ourselves dispense medicine or diagnose an animal; we collect and deliver what your vet has already ordered.
- Where an animal shows real distress or a bite risk outside our handling, we will protect ourselves and stop the task rather than risk harm.
A good pet run leaves the animal calmer than it started. When that cannot be promised safely, we say so and we do not stretch the lea into a hazard.
11. Valuables and high risk items
We carry ordinary errands with careful hands, but some things carry risk no errand partner can erase. These lines set the boundary:
- Cash, jewellery, and heirlooms — tell us if an item is high in value so we can carry it with proper care or point you to a dedicated carrier.
- Medication — we deliver prescriptions already checked by the pharmacy and we double check the label; we do not mix, open, or store medicines longer than a trip.
- Legal documents — passports, deeds, and titles travel only where a locked, tracked route is agreed.
- Alcohol, tobacco, and age guarded goods — we may decline or require proof before carrying where the law demands a buyer in person.
If a task needs more than a satchel and a careful runner, we will tell you plainly rather than pretend a two hour man can insure a gold watch. Honesty here protects everyone.
12. Cancellation and changes
Life interrupts the best-laid ledger, and we build room for that. Here is the fair rule on changes and cancellations:
- Cancelled before the run day — no fee, and we wish you a quieter day.
- Cancelled the same morning when we have already set out — we keep the travel part of the fee, since that time was truly spent.
- Changes to a booking — we adjust the fee only for what actually changed, and we never charge for a simple time wiggle that keeps the same task.
- We cancel — if we must cancel for a reason on our side, you owe nothing and we rebook at no charge or refund any deposit at once.
Standing weekly visits need a day of notice to skip a week cleanly. Give us the word, and we remove that week without fuss and without penalty.
13. Our responsibility and limits
We take real pride and real responsibility for the runs we carry. Where we fall short through our own error, we make it right — replacing a lost item of ordinary value, redelivering a missed stop, or removing a charge we mishandled.
Because our work is personal and careful, our responsibility has fair edges:
- We are responsible for carelessness in the tasks we carry; we are not an insurer of every item in the world.
- Heirlooms, irreplaceable papers, and extreme-value goods are carried only under the separate arrangements described in the valuables section above.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, by gaps in the honest information you provided, or by a third party we did not choose.
- Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, and we would never ask you to sign them away.
Where we do owe a payment for a fault on our side, we cap it to a fair sum that holds the service honest without turning an errand into a ruinous risk. Ask before you rely on us for something precious, and we will answer straight.
14. Events outside our control
Some days the street, the store, or the sky stops cooperation. Severe weather, road closures, store closures, illness, and power failures sit beyond any careful planning.
Where an event outside our control delays or prevents a run, we will tell you as soon as we can, reschedule at no extra fee where the window still matters, and refund any payment for the part we could not carry. Neither side owes the other a penalty for a day the world simply would not run.
15. Your privacy under these terms
These terms and our Privacy Policy work hand in glove. To carry out a run we need some personal information, and we hold it only to do the good work you asked for.
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains in detail what we collect, why we keep a key log, when we share a detail with a store or an emergency service, how long we keep records, and what rights you hold over your own data. It is part of this agreement by reference. If these terms and that policy ever appear to clash on a point about your data, the Privacy Policy governs that point.
16. Fair use and behaviour
Errand work needs respect on both sides of the door. We promise a calm, honest, and reliable effort on every run. In return, we ask that the requests we carry are shared in good faith and treated civilly.
We may pause or end a relationship where a person is abusive, threatening, or repeatedly false about their requests, or where a task is clearly unlawful. Ending a relationship never unfairs a bill already earned or a delivery already made; we settle the account cleanly and wish you well.
17. Complaints and disputes
A good service answers a worry faster than it argues. If a run fell short, tell us first. The fastest route is a call to +15809977267 or a note to reply@huwg.buzz where a real person will listen.
- We acknowledge your concern within one business day.
- We investigate the run sheet and receipts honestly.
- Where the fault is ours we make it right — redelivery, replacement, or a fair refund — within a short window.
- Where we do not agree, we explain the honest reason and we keep the door open for a second look.
Most concerns close around this table in a day or two. Where a genuine dispute remains after earnest effort, the law of the State of Utah and the federal courts of the United States that hear Salt Lake County matters will resolve it, and both sides agree to that venue.
18. Governing law
These terms are read and enforced under the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. We operate from Salt Lake City, and that home is the natural and fair place for any genuine dispute about our work to be heard.
Where a clause of these terms is found unenforceable, that clause falls away on its own and the rest of the agreement stands intact, keeping its plain meaning in everyone favour.
19. The whole agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy at /privacy and any run sheet you and we confirm before a specific booking, form the whole agreement between us about a given service.
No side is bound by a verbal promise that falls outside the four corners of what is written here and confirmed on the run sheet, and no side may assign its role under this agreement without the other consenting. A change to these terms binds only when we agree to it in a clear note or on the site.
